Yoga 101

Service Description

Yoga 101 is a gentle and welcoming introduction to yoga, perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to their mat with fresh enthusiasm. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll explore foundational postures, simple sequences, and easy-to-follow movements that help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported as you grow. Each session blends breath awareness, grounding practices, and mindful movement with a touch of yoga’s rich history, offering meaningful context in a relaxed and approachable way. You’ll be guided to connect with your body, listen to your natural rhythms, and begin to understand the intuitive language of your own inner wisdom. With clear, caring instruction and plenty of options for all bodies and abilities, Yoga 101 creates a warm space for you to build a strong and compassionate foundation for your practice – one step, one breath at a time. Participants must be 18+ to join our yoga classes. Please book at least 12 hours in advance, as we’re not offering drop-ins at the moment. If this is your first yoga class at The Healing Path, we’d love to welcome you a little early – please arrive 15 minutes before class to complete a participation waiver and brief health profile to help your instructor understand your needs and goals so we can support you in the best way possible. We can’t wait to see you on the mat! Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or simply come as you are and enjoy using ours.
