Service Description
Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative practice that invites you to slow down and rest deeply in long-held, floor-based poses. With the support of props, you’ll gently stretch and nourish the body’s connective tissues while allowing the muscles to relax completely. This soothing practice encourages stillness, reflection, and a greater sense of ease, helping to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and circulation. Yin beautifully complements more active, Yang-style practices, offering balance, restoration, and a nourishing way to support both body and mind. Participants must be 18+ to join our yoga classes. Please book at least 12 hours in advance, as we’re not offering drop-ins at the moment. If this is your first yoga class at The Healing Path, we’d love to welcome you a little early – please arrive 15 minutes before class to complete a participation waiver and brief health profile to help your instructor understand your needs and goals so we can support you in the best way possible. We can’t wait to see you on the mat! Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or simply come as you are and enjoy using ours!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy -- it allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
