Service Description
A healthy spine is often seen as the foundation of a vibrant life. We’ll gently explore movements that bring strength, mobility, and fluidity to the spine, guiding it through its natural range of motion. Each practice is designed to melt away tension in the neck, shoulders, and back while also strengthening the muscles that support and stabilize you. With a focus on mindful alignment and flowing movement, this series offers a nurturing way to feel more at ease, supported, and connected from top to bottom. If this is your first yoga class at The Healing Path, we ask that you to arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a participation waiver and short health profile. This helps your instructor understand your needs and goals so we can support you in the best way possible. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and props, or simply come as you are and enjoy using ours!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy -- it allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
