Our Liquid Sound Table is a vibroacoustic table that combines gentle sound frequencies with soothing vibrations to help your entire body unwind from the inside out. It combines the ancient practice of sound healing with modern technology. Wear comfortable, immersive headphones to listen to a calming music soundscape as you rest on a supportive, heated water mattress. The music also flows from sound transducers on the bottom of the table, through the water mattress, and into your body, creating a feeling of being cradled by sound from head to feet. The vibrations melt away tension, quiet busy thoughts, and invite your nervous system into its natural rest-and-restore state. There’s nothing you need to do — simply lay back, breathe, and receive. The sound and vibrations harmonize to create spaciousness in the body, clarity in the mind, and a sense of deep inner calm. Perfect when you’re seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or a moment to return to yourself. If this is your first Liquid Table experience, please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a quick participation waiver and get comfortably settled on the equipment. If you’ve already signed the waiver during a previous visit, just arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in and relax before your session, which is either 45 or 60 minutes in length — your choice, same great price.
