Service Description
Welcome to Kindred Flow, a nurturing and supportive space created for those who enjoy a yoga practice that gently honors the integrity and wisdom of the body’s essential joints. This thoughtful practice focuses on smooth spinal movement, mindful hip mobility, and steady standing balance, helping you build functional strength and flexibility that naturally support everyday movement — without the traditional reliance on weight-bearing through the wrists, hands, or knees. If you’ve been holding back from yoga or other forms of movement due to sensitive joints, wrist discomfort, or knee concerns, Kindred Flow offers a welcoming place to move with confidence, care, and ease. Participants must be 18+ to join our yoga classes. Please book at least 12 hours in advance, as we’re not offering drop-ins at the moment. If this is your first yoga class at The Healing Path, we’d love to welcome you a little early – please arrive 15 minutes before class to complete a participation waiver and brief health profile to help your instructor understand your needs and goals so we can support you in the best way possible. We can’t wait to see you on the mat! Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or simply come as you are and enjoy using ours!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy -- it allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
