Service Description
Hatha Yoga is a mindful practice that brings harmony and balance to body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga, it invites us to explore not only movement and breath, but also self-awareness, focus, and intentional living. In each class, you’ll be guided through a well-rounded blend of breathwork, postures (asanas), mudras, bandhas, mantras, relaxation, and gentle visualization. Together, these practices help to build strength and flexibility while also nurturing inner calm and clarity. Hatha Yoga offers a holistic path that supports both physical wellbeing and a deeper sense of connection within. If this is your first yoga class at The Healing Path, we ask that you to arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a participation waiver and short health profile. This helps your instructor understand your needs and goals so we can support you in the best way possible. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and props, or simply come as you are and enjoy using ours!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy -- it allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
